Togawa Canal Kansui Park, also known for having the world's most beautiful Starbucks. During the day, visitors can enjoy views of the Tateyama mountain range, drawing large crowds.

At night, however, you can enjoy the fantastical scenery illuminated by lights.

The current illumination event is “Kansui Park Sweet Illumination 2025,” running from October 10, 2025, to March 1, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

The Tenmon Bridge, the observation tower, and the water basins at the Fountain and Waterfall Plaza are illuminated.

At night, a fantastical landscape unfolds, its beauty truly exceptional.
